Vista Equity-backed Jamf ( JAMF ) is working with Citigroup ( C ) on the sale and has been fielding offers in recent months, sources told the media outlet.

Vista Equity, which owns over 30% of Jamf ( JAMF ) shares, will likely exit its position as part of the sale, the people told Reuters.
