02:37 PM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR & Co ( KKR ) is considering the potential sale of its majority stake in EuroKids International for about $1 billion, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The firm is seeking financial advisers to help evaluate a sale of the the Indian pre-school and early-learning chain, the report said. KKR declined to comment, Bloomberg said.

The firm did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
