07:25 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Facebook's parent company, Meta Platforms ( META ) , has held discussions about integrating its generative AI model into Apple ( AAPL ) Intelligence, the new AI system for iPhones and other devices, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

In addition to Meta, Google, Anthropic, and Perplexity have also been in discussions with Apple ( AAPL ) to bring their generative AI to Apple Intelligence, the report said, citing people.
