07:03 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) sales of China-made electric vehicles dropped by 24.2% 71,007 units in June compared to last year, Reuters said on Tuesday, citing data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).

The report said deliveries of Tesla's China-made Model 3 and Model Y vehicles also decreased by 2.2% from May.

Shares of the company fell 1.6% in premarket trading.
