06:58 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) is close to acquiring VSB Group from private equity firm Partners Group Holding for 2 billion euros ($2.10 billion), Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The French-based energy giant and Partners Group may announce a sale of the sustainable energy project management company in the coming days, but a final deal may be delayed, the report said.

Partners Group declined to comment and TotalEnergies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
