06:11 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uber Technologies ( UBER ) will invest $200 million in a software and technology development centre in Istanbul over five years, Reuters reported Friday, citing Turkey's Industry and Technology Ministry.

The center will be Uber's ( UBER ) fourth such site outside the US, following ones in Brazil, India, and the Netherlands, the media outlet said, citing the ministry.

Neither Uber ( UBER ) nor the Turkish ministry immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
