HOUSTON, June 24 (Reuters) - Martin Midstream Partners ( MMLP )
on Monday said it had recovered around 1,250 barrels of
crude oil following a pipeline spill that occurred earlier this
month.
The company became aware of the spill on June 15 and is
working with the Environmental Protection Agency and several
state agencies to respond to the spill, Martin said in a
statement on Monday.
The clean-up efforts involve removing oil from two creeks to
prevent the sheen from leaking to Ouachita River.
