Masco Completes Kichler Lighting Sale

10:20 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Masco ( MAS ) said Thursday that it sold Kichler Lighting to an affiliate of Kingswood Capital Management.

Kichler Lighting offers decorative lighting products, ceiling fans, and LED lighting systems for homes and light commercial use, the company said.

Kingswood Capital Management is a private investment firm that owns Progress Lighting, which provides lighting solutions, the company added.

Financial details were not disclosed.
