08:50 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mastech Digital ( MHH ) said Monday it has appointed Kannan Sugantharaman as chief financial and operations officer, effective April 14.

Sugantharaman succeeds CFO Jack Cronin, who will remain with the company until May 30 to support the transition, Mastech Digital ( MHH ) said.

Sugantharaman was previously Omega Healthcare Management Services' CFO, the company added.
