12:31 PM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MasterCraft Boat Holdings ( MCFT ) subsidiary MasterCraft Boat Company said Tuesday it entered a dealership agreement with Performance Marine Watersports to expand its presence at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.

The partnership brings MasterCraft's towboat lineup to the long-established Performance Marine Watersports dealership, strengthening customer access and service capabilities in the region.

Shares of Mastercraft Boat ( MCFT ) were up 1% in recent trading.
