09:54 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Materion ( MTRN ) said Tuesday it signed an agreement to supply beryllium fluoride to Commonwealth Fusion Systems for use in fusion power plants.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the agreement, Materion ( MTRN ) will provide the beryllium fluoride needed to produce FLiBE molten salt for Commonwealth Fusion Systems' ARC power plants. Shipments from the company's Elmore, Ohio, facility are expected to begin later this year, Materion ( MTRN ) said.
