10:10 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mawson Infrastructure Group ( MIGI ) said Monday it has signed an agreement with BE Global Development to supply 20 megawatts of digital infrastructure for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing colocation services.

The 20MW capacity is anticipated to be operational by Q1 2025 with a fixed price for the first two years and an initial contract term of six years, the company said.

The company expects to generate roughly $285 million in total revenue from the six-year agreement along with a non-binding letter of intent to potentially increase the initial 20 megawatts capacity to 144 megawatts.
