08:20 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Maximus ( MMS ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $2.16 per diluted share, up from $1.74 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.54.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.35 billion, up from $1.31 billion a year earlier.

For fiscal 2025, the company said it now expects adjusted earnings to range between $7.35 and $7.55 per share, up from an earlier outlook of $6.30 to $6.60 per share. Maximus ( MMS ) also expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $5.38 billion to $5.48 billion, up from a prior view of $5.25 billion to $5.40 billion.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $6.62 and revenue of $5.39 billion.
Maximus ( MMS ) shares were up 5.2% in recent premarket activity.
