MediPharm Advances 7% on Production of First Order for International Expansion of Novel Cannabis Metered Dose Portfolio

09:46 AM EDT, 05/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MediPharm Labs ( MEDIF ) on Monday rose 7% after it said it began production on novel cannabis metered dose inhalers for the EU and the United Kingdom, made to global pharmaceutical standards and distributed by Blackpoint, its exclusive sales and distribution partner in those territories.

The company expects to launch in Australia, the EU and the UK in the third quarter.

"This smoke- and vapor-free format supports our mission to advance global access to pharma-grade cannabinoid wellness products," said MediPharm ( MEDIF ) Chief Executive David Pidduck.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 at $0.08 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
