Medirom Healthcare Technologies Regains Compliance With Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Requirement

02:47 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Medirom Healthcare Technologies ( MRM ) said Thursday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's $1 per share minimum bid price requirement.

The company said it received a notice from Nasdaq on June 4 confirming its shares closed at or above $1 for 10 straight trading days.

Shares of the company were up about 11% in recent trading.
