09:59 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Merit Medical Systems ( MMSI ) said Friday it finalized the acquisition of the lead management portfolio from Cook Medical.

The acquisition price comprised a cash payment of about $210 million and the assumption of liabilities, Merit said, adding it funded the deal payment via a combination of cash and debt.
