Mesoblast Raises AU$97 Million From Entitlement Offer, Institutional Placement

05:22 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mesoblast (MESO) said late Wednesday it has completed an entitlement offer and an institutional placement of securities raising total gross proceeds of $97 million Australian dollars ($64.2 million).

In addition, the company said its Chief Medical Officer Eric Rose subscribed for AU$1.5 million worth of additional shares, subject to shareholder approval.
