08:39 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Metallis Resources ( MTLFF ) said Friday it is launching an inaugural diamond drilling program of up to 2,000 meters at the Greyhound property in Idaho.

The campaign will test high-grade silver, gold and antimony targets within a 3.5 kilometer-long mineralized shear zone, the company said.

"The combination of encouraging historical work, our detailed groundwork, and the presence of multiple high-grade showings make the Greyhound a highly compelling opportunity," CEO Fiore Aliperti said.

Foraco International ( FRACF ) will provide drilling services, according to Metallis.

"We believe the results from this inaugural program will provide the foundation for significant value creation for our shareholders," Aliperti said.

MTS was unchanged at $0.21 in Canada yesterday.
