07:19 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metals Acquisition Corp. II (MTAL) said late Wednesday that it priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to buy one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
The units are expected to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the ticker symbol "MTAL.U."
The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 3 million units to cover possible over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on Friday.
Once the securities start trading separately, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on NYSE under the symbols "MTAL" and "MTAL WS," respectively.
