Metavia Files Prospectus for Investors to Sell 14.1 Million Shares

05:50 PM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Metavia ( MTVA ) late Wednesday filed a registration statement for its shareholders to resell up to about 14.1 million shares from time to time.

The shares resulted from a private placement in May, according to the filing. Metavia ( MTVA ) will not receive any proceeds from the resale.
