Mexico's FEMSA agrees to sell its plastic solutions operations to AMMI

MEXICO CITY, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Mexico's FEMSA has

closed the divestiture of its plastic solutions operations

through an agreement with Milenio Capital subsidiary AMMI, for

3.165 billion pesos ($158.25 million), the company said in a

statement on Monday.

The amount will consist of net cash and debt, and FEMSA

expects the transaction to be closed within the

next months, the statement added.

($1 = 20.0000 Mexican pesos)
