Aug 25, 2024 11:00 PM

BERLIN (Reuters) - Swiss solar panel maker Meyer Burger said on Monday its solar cell production site in Germany's Thalheim will continue to form the backbone of its supply, after suspending plans for a plant in Colorado, contrary to previous plans.

"In connection with the strategic changes, the Board of Directors has instructed the Management to draw up a comprehensive restructuring and cost-cutting program," the company said in a statement.
