Walker & Dunlop Arranges $160 Million Loan for California Community

07:10 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Monday it has arranged a $160 million loan for Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney master planned community in Rancho Mirage, California.

The loan includes a $27 million re-advance for a total proceeds of $187 million, Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said.

The master planned community will feature about 1,900 residential units, a 24-acre lagoon using Crystal Lagoons technology, a private club, a town center, and other amenities, the company said.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets acted as exclusive advisor to borrower EC Rancho Mirage Holdings and its affiliates. Intervest Capital Partners and Builders Capital provided the financing.
