MGM Resorts International Prices $850 Million Notes Offering

04:54 PM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MGM Resorts International ( MGM ) said late Tuesday that it priced an $850 million offering of 6.125% senior notes due 2029 at par.

The company said the offering, which will likely close on Sept. 17, was upsized from $675 million.

MGM Resorts ( MGM ) said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay debt, including the 5.75% senior notes due 2025.
