Micron Technology Expects Mid-Single Digit Impact on Quarterly DRAM Supply

11:00 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology ( MU ) said in a Wednesday filing that it expects the April 3 earthquake in Taiwan to have an impact of up to a mid-single-digit percentage on its dynamic random access memory, or DRAM, supply for a calendar quarter.

The company said its fab activity in the country is "recovering well" after the earthquake but it has not yet returned to full DRAM production. Micron Technology ( MU ) also said it does not expect the earthquake to impact its long-term DRAM supply capacity.
