09:37 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology ( MU ) has selected Bechtel as its engineering, procurement and construction partner for the first phase of its memory manufacturing complex in Clay, New York, the semiconductor company said Wednesday.

Micron said it targets the complex to become the largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in the US.

The company plans to invest up to $100 billion over the next 20-plus years to construct the facility, with a first-phase investment of $20 billion planned by the end of the decade, Micron previously said.
