09:16 AM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) Rubrik is seeking to offer 23 million shares and raise up to $713 million in its initial public offering, the cloud and data security startup said in a filing Tuesday.

Rubrik said it estimates an IPO price of $28 to $31 per share.

The company said it has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RBRK."

Rubrik, founded in 2014, had more than 6,100 customers and subscription annual recurring revenue of $784 million as of Jan. 31, the company said.
