Millennial Potash Raising $3.5 Million in Private Placement Financing

10:59 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millennial Potash ( MLPNF ) was at last look down 4% on this Tuesday after saying it is raising $3.5 million in a private placement of 5.83 million units at $0.60 each.

Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.85 per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Proceeds will be used to fund development of the Banio Potash Project in Gabon, west Africa.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.03, to $0.72, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
