Millrose Properties Plans $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

08:08 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millrose Properties ( MRP ) said Monday that it plans to offer up to $500 million of senior notes due 2032.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, along with cash on hand, to repay all of the $500 million outstanding under its term loan credit agreement maturing in June 2026.

Millrose Properties' ( MRP ) shares were up more than 5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
