07:40 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mind Medicine (MNMD) said Wednesday that the US Patent and Trademark Office has issued a new patent covering MM120, which is in clinical development for treating generalized anxiety disorder and other brain health disorders in adults.

The newly issued patent covers the pharmaceutical formulation, manufacturing methods, and treatment methods for MM120 orally disintegrating tablet, the company said, adding that the patent term has been extended to 2041.
