Minerals Technologies Lifts Quarterly Dividend, Sets $200 Million Share Buyback Program

05:48 PM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Minerals Technologies ( MTX ) said Wednesday it increased its regular quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.11 per share, payable on Dec. 5 to stockholders of record on Oct. 31.

The company also said it has been authorized by its board to buy back $200 million of its shares.
