Payment will be made on Jan. 15 to unitholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31.

The REIT also announced that its trustees have also declared a special non-cash distribution of $0.76 per unit, payable on Dec. 31 to unitholders of record on that day.

The Special Distribution represents a portion of the capital gains realized by the REIT for the 2024 fiscal year.
