08:03 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mister Car Wash ( MCW ) said Tuesday that it acquired five Whistle Express car wash sites in Lubbock, Texas that were previously operating under the Take 5 Car Wash brand.

The company said the acquisition increases its presence in the city from four to nine locations. Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Mister Car Wash ( MCW ) said it will continue operating the new sites with minimal disruption for customers and staff.

Shares were 1.4% lower in recent premarket activity.
