09:29 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MKS Instruments ( MKSI ) said Monday that it is set to build a "Super Center" factory in Malaysia, with groundbreaking expected to start early next year.

The new Penang facility, which is expected to be built in three phases, would enable the manufacturing of wafer fabrication equipment in the area and around the world, MKS said.
