Modine Opens Wisconsin Plant to Boost Data Center Cooling Output

08:13 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Modine (MOD) said Monday it opened a 155,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Franklin, Wisconsin to expand data center cooling capacity.

The site is part of a multi-year $100 million plan to scale Airedale by Modine data center cooling production, the company said.

The facility is expected to add more than 300 jobs by March 2026 and about 430 within three years, Modine said.
