Mondelez International Board Approves $9 Billion Share Buyback Program

08:21 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mondelez International ( MDLZ ) said Wednesday its board approved a new up to $9 billion share buyback plan and maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share.

The company said the share buyback approval, effective Jan. 1, will run through the end of 2027 and replace the existing $6 billion program, which had $2.8 billion remaining.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on Jan. 14 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31, Mondelez ( MDLZ ) added.
