05:57 PM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MongoDB ( MDB ) said late Wednesday that it issued a notice of redemption for all $1.15 billion of its 0.25% convertible senior notes due 2026.

The redemption price equals 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption date is Dec. 16, and holders may convert the notes at any time before Dec. 13.

The conversion rate for notes converted after Oct. 16 and through the conversion deadline is equal to 4.9260 shares of the company per $1,000 principal amount of the notes. It includes an increase of 0.1911 shares as a result of the notes being called for redemption, according to the company.
