09:29 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's (MS) Morgan Stanley Investment Management division said Wednesday that its 1GT climate private equity strategy invested in Overhaul Group's $105 million Series C funding round.

The financing was led by Springcoast Partners with participation from existing investor Edison Partners, the firm said.

It said funding will support Overhaul's technology development and acquisitions to set-up a real-time supply chain risk management platform.
