Feb 28 (Reuters) - Midstream company MPLX ( MPLX ) said

on Friday it would buy the remaining 55% interest in the BANGL

natural gas pipeline from affiliates of WhiteWater and

Diamondback Energy ( FANG ) for $715 million.
