MultiMetaVerse Gets Noncompliance Notices From Nasdaq

12:00 PM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MultiMetaVerse Holdings ( MMV ) said Tuesday that Nasdaq has notified the company of its noncompliance with the exchange's rules on minimum bid price and minimum market value of listed securities.

The company said it has until Oct. 14 to regain compliance with Nasdaq's rules.

The company's shares were up more than 4% in recent trading.
