10:43 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MYT Netherlands Parent (MYTE) said Monday it plans to change its name to LuxExperience as part of its proposed acquisition of Yoox Net-A-Porter.

The company said it will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange under its new name and new ticker LUXE, pending approval.

A shareholders' meeting has been scheduled for March 6 to seek approval for the name change, the company added.

The Yoox Net-A-Porter deal is expected to close in H1.
