08:23 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) and Desktop Metal ( DM ) said Thursday Desktop Metal's stockholders have approved the merger agreement with Nano Dimension ( NNDM ).

About 60% of Desktop Metal's ( DM ) total outstanding shares and over 96% of participating votes were cast in favor of the merger.

The company said the approval completes an essential requirement for the deal, which is expected to close in Q4.
