Nano Labs Acquires 5% Stake in Hangzhou Weiheng Technology

06:58 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Labs ( NA ) said Tuesday that it made a strategic investment in Hangzhou Weiheng Technology, securing a 5% stake in the company.

Hangzhou Weiheng Technology develops artificial intelligence-focused ASIC compute-storage chips and Nano Labs ( NA ) said the company's products "can be integrated with DeepSeek's latest large models."

No financial details were disclosed.

Shares of Nano Labs ( NA ) were up more than 16% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
