NanoVibronix Signs Multiyear Distribution Deal With CB Medical for UroShield

12:55 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NanoVibronix ( NAOV ) said Tuesday that it has signed a multiyear agreement with CB Medical to sell and distribute the company's UroShield ultrasound-based product.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, CB Medical has the right to sell and distribute UroShield to its customers through the US Department of Veteran Affairs' system.

UroShield is intended to prevent bacterial build-up with the aim of reducing the number of catheter-associated urinary tract infections. It is also designed to decrease pain and discomfort associated with urinary catheter use, NanoVibronix ( NAOV ) said.

Shares of NanoVibronix ( NAOV ) were up 2.2% in recent trading.
