Nasdaq Investigates Connectivity Issues, Says All Systems Back to Normal

08:19 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nasdaq (NDAQ) said Monday it is investigating connectivity issues that impacted stock orders.

The company said the issue was related to its matching engine, which matches and executes buy and sell orders in the exchange.

Nasdaq reported the glitch at 4:55 a.m. ET and later said it had found the root cause. The issue has been resolved and "all systems are operating normally" as of 7:14 a.m. ET, according to Nasdaq.
