Nasdaq Records 66 Initial Public Offerings in H1, Raising $8.7 Billion

08:51 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nasdaq (NDAQ) said Tuesday that it saw 66 initial public offerings in the first half of 2024, including 53 operating companies and 13 SPACs, collectively raising $8.7 billion.

Additionally, seven companies transferred their corporate listing to Nasdaq in H1, including Science Applications International Corp (SAIC).

Nasdaq said that its IPO Pulse Index indicates a positive outlook for the remainder of 2024.
