Natera Says Court Orders Permanent Injunction Against NeoGenomics' RaDaR Assay
Mar 10, 2026 8:07 PM

04:59 PM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Natera (NTRA) said Monday that a US court has ordered a permanent injunction against NeoGenomics' (NEO) RaDaR Assay.

The District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina has "entered a permanent injunction against NeoGenomics' accused RaDaR assay, which was preliminarily enjoined in December 2023," Natera said.

Natera is prosecuting a "claim against a modified version of RaDaR for infringement of Natera's '454 patent," the company said.

"Natera seeks full remedies, including injunctive relief, after the Patent Office denied NeoGenomics' petition for an 'inter partes' review challenging the validity of the '454 patent," the company said.

NeoGenomics didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
