05:02 AM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nayax ( NYAX ) said late Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 3.1 million of its common shares at $26 per share.

The company said it is selling 2.1 million of the shares under the offering, while the remaining 1 million shares are being offered by certain company executives, including Chief Executive Officer Yair Nechmad.

Nayax ( NYAX ) granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 469,565 additional shares. The company expects to close the offering on March 12.
