10:18 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nayax ( NYAX ) and Seco said Monday they have executed a memorandum of understanding to form a collaboration to integrate Nayax ( NYAX )-powered payments directly within Seco products.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nayax ( NYAX ) and Seco said they plan to offer fully integrated Internet-of-Things services to any company with automated self-service points of sale.

Nayax ( NYAX ) shares gained by more than 6% in recent trading.
