After state-owned construction firm, NBCC, sold office space measuring close to 28,800 square feet for an approximate value of Rs 83 crore, Anoop Kumar Mittal, Chief Managing Director, said the company sold only one floor to the Balmer Lawrie.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Mittal said the office space, which we sold is in the Okhla property. There was some unsold inventory there.
Mittal said there are some more spaces available in the property, which we are planning to sell in this financial year’s remaining quarters.
Talking about order book, he said, “There are number of orders, which we have received and we have got confirmation also but if there is any doubt on that we have not taken as part of our order book.”
“It is difficult to give quarter basis guidance in construction field. Overall, 30-35 percent growth will be there and maybe from this quarter or second quarter,” he added.
